Directions
From J9 of the M25 - join the A24 signposted Epsom and Ashtead. Follow the A24 for approximately 1 mile until you reach Ottways Lane on the left hand side just before the centre of the village. Turn into Ottways Lane and take the first main turning on the right into Paddocks Way. Continue almost to the top of the road and you will find Waratah on the left hand side.
